CUET UG 2026 Admit Cards Released: NTA Announces Exam Schedule and Guidelines
NEW DELHI – The National Testing Agency (NTA) officially released the admit cards for the Common University Entrance Test (Undergraduate) 2026 yesterday, May 5, 2026cuet.nta.nic.in.
The computer-based tests (CBT) are set to begin on May 11 and will continue through May 31, 2026, across multiple centers in India and abroad.
How to Download the Admit Card
Aspirants must follow these steps to secure their hall ticket:
Visit the Official Site: Go to
cuet.nta.nic.in.Login: Enter your Application Number and Password (or Date of Birth).
View & Download: Once logged in, click on the "Download Admit Card" link.
Print: Take a clear printout on A4 size paper to carry to the examination center.
⚠️ Mandatory Documents for Exam Day
Candidates will not be allowed entry without the following items:
Printed Admit Card: A physical copy of the hall ticket.
Self-Declaration Form: Duly filled undertaking (downloaded with the admit card).
Original Photo ID: A valid government-issued ID such as an Aadhaar Card, PAN Card, Passport, or Voter ID
. Passport Size Photograph: At least one additional photo (identical to the one uploaded) for the attendance sheet.
👗 Strict Dress Code & Protocol
The NTA has enforced a rigid dress code to ensure a smooth and fair examination process:
Clothing: Wear light-colored, half-sleeved shirts or T-shirts. Clothes with large buttons or many pockets are not permitted.
Footwear: Slippers or sandals with low heels are allowed; shoes are strictly prohibited
. Prohibited Items: Mobile phones, smartwatches, calculators, jewelry (rings, earrings, nose pins), and wallets are banned from the hall.
Reporting Time: Candidates are advised to reach the center 90 to 120 minutes before the session begins. Entry gates will close strictly 30 minutes prior to the start of the exam.
