Job Overview
Position: Senior Career Counsellor
Number of Openings: 05
Location: Lajpat Nagar-II, New Delhi (On-site)
Experience Required: 3 to 5+ years (in Overseas Education or Domestic Test-Prep/Admission Counselling)
Employment Type: Full-Time
Key Responsibilities
Student & Parent Mentorship: Analyze student profiles, academic backgrounds, and career goals to provide customized guidance on course, university, and country selection (both India and Abroad).
End-to-End Application Management: Lead the absolute student journey, including university shortlisting, application filing, Personal Statement (SOP)/Letter of Recommendation (LOR) review, documentation guidance, and visa assistance.
Industry Trend Assessment: Stay updated on current admission cycles, cut-offs for domestic exams (NEET, JEE, CUET), scholarship availabilities, and international student visa policies.
Lead Conversion & Relationship Management: Nurture inquiries via walk-ins, phone calls, and digital platforms; follow up diligently to meet organization-defined enrollment objectives.
Cross-functional Collaboration: Work closely with the university relations and marketing teams to ensure a seamless and world-class service delivery for our candidates.
Requirements & Qualifications
Education: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in any discipline.
Communication Skills: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills in English and Hindi.
Domain Knowledge: Deep understanding of global education systems, visa processing frameworks, and standard timelines for major international universities.
Interpersonal Traits: A patient listener, empathetic problem-solver, and a strong presenter capable of instilling confidence in students and parents alike.
