Assam NEET PG 2025 Round 3 Counselling Registration Begins

New Delhi:
The Directorate of Medical Education (DME), Guwahati has commenced the registration process for Assam NEET PG 2025 Round 3 counselling. Eligible candidates can apply through the official website dme.assam.gov.in.

Important Dates

• Registration & choice filling: January 6–7, 2026

• Seat allotment result: January 11, 2026

• Reporting to allotted colleges: January 16 and 17, 2026

Seat Details

A total of 482 seats (MD, MS, and PG Diploma) will be filled through this round for admission to medical colleges across Assam.

Merit List Criteria

The Round 3 merit list will be prepared based on:

• State rank

• Domicile status

• MBBS graduation details

• Other eligibility conditions prescribed by DME Assam

Documents Required During Counselling

• NEET PG Admit Card

• NEET PG Result copy

• Secondary School Certificate (Date of Birth proof)

• Class 12 Marksheet

• MBBS Passing Certificate

• Medical Registration Certificate

• Internship Completion Certificate (12 months)

• Photo ID proof (Aadhaar/PAN/Passport/Voter ID/Driving License/Ration Card)

• Two passport-size photographs

2. Click on Assam NEET PG 2025 counselling link

3. Select Round 3 Registration

4. Enter NEET PG rank, marks, and personal/academic details

5. Complete registration

6. Fill and lock choices

7. Submit the form and save a copy for reference
