Russia Announces 300 Fully Funded Scholarships for Indian Students for 2026–27
The Government of the Russian Federation has announced 300 fully funded scholarships for Indian students for the 2026–27 academic year, offering opportunities to study at leading Russian universities across a wide range of disciplines.

What the Scholarship Covers

Full tuition fee waiver at most Russian universities

Exceptions: Lomonosov Moscow State University and MGIMO (not fully covered)

Some programmes, including in medicine and engineering, are available in English.

Non-Russian speakers may take a one-year Russian language preparatory course before starting their main programme.
