Admission Pathways:

 * Through BITSAT: This is the primary mode of admission for First Degree Programmes, which include:

   * B.E. (Bachelor of Engineering): Various specializations like Chemical, Civil, Computer Science, Electrical & Electronics, Mechanical, Biotechnology, Architectural & Urban Engineering, and the newly launched B.E. Environmental and Sustainability Engineering, and Semiconductor and Nanoscience.

   * M.Sc. (Master of Science): Programs in fields like Biological Sciences, Chemistry, Mathematics, and Physics. Often offered as integrated first-degree programs.

   * B.Pharm. (Bachelor of Pharmacy)

 * International Student Admission (ISA) Scheme: Non-Indian passport holders are admitted based on their SAT scores.

 * Direct Admission to Board Toppers: Candidates who secure the first rank in their respective Class 12th board examinations may be considered for direct admission to specific programs. However, this is for a limited number of seats, and eligibility criteria can vary.

 * BITS Higher Degree Online Test (BITS HD): This is conducted for admission to M.E. and M.Pharm courses. Admission may also be based on GATE/GPAT scores for these higher degree programs.

 * Business Analytics Aptitude Test (BAAT): For the two-year on-campus MBA in Business Analytics program at the Pilani campus.

 * BITS Law Admission Test: For admission to B.A. LL.B. and BBA LL.B. programs at BITS Law School, Mumbai. Alternatively, scores from CLAT, SLAT, LNAT, AILET, or MH CET Law are also accepted.

BITSAT 2025 for First Degree Programmes:

 * Eligibility Criteria:

   * Passed the 12th examination (10+2 system) from a recognized Central or State board or its equivalent.

   * Must have Physics, Chemistry, and Mathematics (PCM) for all B.E. and M.Sc. programs, and Physics, Chemistry, and Biology or Mathematics (PCB/PCM) for the B.Pharm and B.E. Environmental and Sustainability Engineering programs.

   * Minimum of 75% aggregate marks in Physics, Chemistry, and Mathematics/Biology.

   * At least 60% marks in each of Physics, Chemistry, and Mathematics/Biology individually.

   * Students appearing for the 12th examination in 2025 or who passed in 2024 are eligible. Those who passed in 2023 or earlier are generally not eligible.

   * Candidates must have appeared for their 12th-grade examination for the first time in 2024 or 2025 with the required subjects.

 * Application Process:

   * Apply online through the official BITS admission website: https://www.bitsadmission.com/

   * BITSAT 2025 is being conducted in two sessions (Session 1 and Session 2).

   * Session 2 Application: The last date to apply for Session 2 is June 10, 2025.

   * Ensure accuracy while filling the form, especially Name, Date of Birth, Mobile Number, Email Address, and Gender, as these cannot be modified after registration.

   * Hall Ticket Download: June 22-26, 2025.

   * Online Test (Session 2): June 1-30, 2025.

   * Apply for Admission with 12th Marks and Preferences: July 3-5, 2025.

   * Preference Form Edit Window: July 3-5, 2025.

MBA Admission:

 * Admission to the MBA program in Business Analytics is through the Business Analytics Aptitude Test (BAAT).

 * Eligibility:

   * Bachelor's degree of minimum three years duration in any discipline with at least 60% aggregate marks.

   * Must have studied at least one subject in mathematics or statistics at the high school (10+2) or higher level.

   * Prior exposure to a programming language is desirable.

   * Final year students are also eligible, provided they can submit results by October 1, 2025.

BITS Law School Admission:
