The Maharashtra State Commission for Protection of Child Rights (MSCPCR) emphasized the need for reform in the policy allowing private educational institutions to gain concessions through minority status. Chairperson advocate Susieben Shah stressed that such institutions should not misuse the policy, ensuring fairness to minority communities.
