The Deputy Chief Minister of Delhi, Manish Sisodia, spoke at the 13th education conference 'Educarnival' and said that the education system has collapsed under the weight of annual examinations. He said that until the current examination system is changed, the entire education system will continue to be dominated by the three-hour annual examination system.
