We are looking for an enthusiastic, persuasive &competitive admissions counselor to develop sales strategies and attract new students. You will be responsible for influencing potential students to enroll in the programs. You will play a key role in increasing admissions.
Meet personal and team admission targets
Get the sale using various customer sales methods (Inbound, Referrals, Outbound, presentations, networking etc)
Contact potential students to inform them about relevant program using scripts to provide information about program features and their benefits
Cold call people using a given database to enroll students
Ask pertinent questions to understand the students requirements
Facilitate administrative requirements throughout the student journey Like documentation application, Visa etc.
Maintain and expand student database within your assigned territory/school
Participate on behalf of the company in exhibitions or Education Fairs.
Negotiate/close deals and handle complaints or objections
Collaborate with team to achieve better results
What we’re looking for:
Bachelors/Masters in any field
3-5 years experience in Education Industry
Excellent communication skills
Strong interpersonal skills
Willingness to learn and grow
Drive to learn and research
. Knowledge of local language
